The client sought cost-effective solutions for physician, patient, and clinic relationship management systems. S/He was looking for a cloud-based telephony system that could be integrated with a CRM for better collaboration between the Doctors and Patients.
The healthcare system automated a few workflows to avoid unnecessary delays and manual intervention for a great patient experience. It also offers a Doctor-Patient online communication channel through tight integration with Contivio, a cloud-based Contact Center & Telephony software, for effective communication among the Doctors, Patients, and the clinics. The SuiteCRM implementation has improved the Doctor-Patient relationship by the consolidation of every detail.
We engaged the customer through design thinking-based workshops to discover how they would be serving their patients. Various workshops were conducted to wear the patient’s hat and we redefined the patient experience. The envisioned patient experience was then converted into a healthcare application with HL7 compliant solution integrating SuiteCRM and Contivio. The application served as a nodal point of keeping the care patient records and communication. Various communication workflow was automated using Contivio and custom development
